A re-branding project for Jonathan’s Butchers. The series of ‘J’ logos were designed using four meat products from the butchers (mince meat, bacon, sausage and steak). The logos have been applied to business cards and letterheads, creating a contemporary identity suite.
A series of posters designed for the 2013 graduate exhibition. An overseas post pack was used to symbolize myself as an international student. The three words of my Chinese name were constructed using the graphics found on a post pack to create three A1 posters.
A collaborative project where our task was to design an installation for the Monash University Art and Design Faculty Gallery window. Stupendous/Horrendous is a visual commentary on the subjective nature of art and design. It aims to explore the way we judge what is good and bad design.
A collaborative project which involved designing an identity for a nightclub inspired by the classic Charles Dickens novel ‘Great Expectations’. Abstract photographs of neon lights represent the concept of ‘ambition in a social media world’ and are applied to a range of stationery and the nightclub’s interior.
A re-branding project for CCP (Centre for Contemporary Photography). The new logo is inspired by the concept of framing and consists of type and crop marks. Four black and white photos and a red logo are used in the stationary and applications.
